Classes and Events

Sage Femme offers classes for parents that help enrich the mind and body. We offer education classes which are recommended for anyone planning to have a baby and especially for those who are choosing natural child birth. Our belly dance classes are a great way to keep your mind and body in shape before and after pregnancy. This section of our site lists all the upcoming classes and events, you can sign up for any of these classes via email or by phone (415-552-6600 ).
